Description
The work consists of the renovation if an existing 4,900sf building which includes select demolition, interior renovation, building envelope modifications, a 1,500sf addition and related site work and site improvements. Deadline for questions is July 15, 2021 by 4:00pm. Every other Trade Contractor is still responsible to award not less the twenty-five percent (25%) of their total contract price to contractors who are certified and eligible to participate in the State of Connecticut’s “Small Contractor’s” set aside program, including (25%) of this amount (or 6.25%) of the total contract price to be awarded to certified and
