CMR for Montopolis & Northwest District Pool Replacement, Austin, TX

This solicitation is for the Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMR) Scope of Services for the Montopolis Neighborhood Park and the Beverly S. Sheffield Northwest District Park Aquatic Facilities. The city is in the process of procuring a project management firm and a design team to implement community engagement, design, and production of construction documents for the facilities. The CMR team will provide services during the preliminary and design phases of the project to establish an environment of collaboration and trust amongst the community, the design team, and the City of Austin. During the design phase, the CMR Manager will provide a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for each of the aquatic facility projects. A summary of the required services is below as a guide to develop fees and overall scope of the project. DBE subcontractor goals apply.
