Description
The project hazardous materials abatement, demolition and removal of the entire existing police and fire station structure, including footings, foundations, cutting and capping of all utilities, filling and grading, new loaming and seeding, and the installation of new electrical service, reconnection of power to existing site lighting, and foundations, slabon-grade, and paving for a future wood framed shed (future wood shed to be furnished and installed by the Owner at a later date).
