New Construction: 4-Bay Post Frame Building, Winchester, VA

Frederick County, Virginia is currently accepting sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work to design and construct a 50’ W x 96’ L x 16’ H post frame building to include: 4 garage bays with 14-ft high doors with one (1) drive-through bay, windows, and minimum of one (1) entrance door. The Contractor must perform any site work and building construction to include foundations and slabs or gravel work that may be required; the contractor shall also be responsible for obtaining any necessary County permitting that may be required. Electrical and lighting systems for the buildings will be provided by others and coordination with the electrical contractor shall be required. Work should be substantially completed within 145 days of the issuance of a Purchase Order. Q&A due by 2pm, 7/21/21. Bonds required.
