Description
The project is located in Belmont Fresh Water Supply District No. 2 in Denton County, Texas. The site may be reached from Interstate Highway 35W by traveling north to the FM-407 exit. Exit FM-407 and turn left, heading west. Continue heading west for approximately 0.3 miles and turn right onto Harvest Way heading north. Continue heading north for approximately 1.0 mile. Harvest Phase 16A will be southeast of the intersection of Harvest Way and Old Justin Road. The project consists of 25,200 SY (9,450 LF) of pavement for 224 residential lots. Bonds required.
