Description
Goochland County, Virginia is seeking sealed bids from qualified and licensed contractors for the construction of gravity sanitary sewer extensions to serve the Hickory Haven and Samary Forest neighborhoods, located in the Centerville Village area of Goochland County. This project includes installation of approximately 1.5-miles of 8” gravity sewer lines and 344 vertical feet of manholes. Additionally, residential sewer connections will be provided to all property owners within these neighborhoods as detailed on the construction drawings. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, equipment, tools, materials, testing, transportation, supervision, permits, services and incidentals to satisfactorily complete this project. Q&A due by noon, 7/9/21. Bonds required.
