Description
City of Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA), will accept sealed bids for Project Number 210601, "Natural Gas Utility Infrastructure Improvements for Indian Rock Village, AMP 210 and Hunt Manor, AMP 259." Work includes, but is not limited to: Replacement of entire natural gas utility infrastructure for both locations; replacement of 38 anodes for gas risers for Lansdowne Park, testing of new anodes; Replacement of 38 anodes for gas risers for Bluestone Park, testing of new anodes; Replacement of sections of concrete sidewalk and sections of City of Roanoke streets removed to facilitate above work; and Repairs to areas of lawn disturbed. Q&A due by 1pm, 7/6/21.
