Description
Projects shall include, but not be limited to, routine maintenance, drain clearing, renovations, repairs, back-flow installations/inspections and commercial/industrial plumbing systems. All work requires the issuance of a purchase order before commencement of work. The contractor will bill only documented time and material costs against the purchase order unless prior authorization is given to the contractor from the Contract Administrator for additional billing. This solicitation is reserved for only application submitted/certified local small businesses timely registered with the County’s LSBRP. Bonds may be required. Prevailing wages apply.
