Prqualification required. The major work improvements at North Z. Boaz Park include Base Bid and Alternative Bid items, and will consist approximately of the following: demolition and clearing of existing conditions, the excavation and grading of practice athletic field(s), 55K SF of vehicular pavement, 75K SF of pedestrian pavement, an outdoor fitness area, 2 picnic pavilions, a fishing dock, storm drain reconstruction, and landscaping.
