Description
Work includes asbestos abatement, demolition of exterior entrance stairs, landing and sidewalk, and providing a new ADA accessible ramp, entrance stair, landing and sidewalk, minor exterior painting, lighting, interior demolition of the basement and first floor slab will allow for the creation of a new hoist way pit, masonry shaft and Entry Lobby which will allow for a new Limited Use / Limited Access (LULA) lift to be installed which will access the basement, split level, and first floor. A new electrical sub panel will be provided in the Machine Room from the Building 28 service entrance panel, along with minor Fire Alarm and lighting work. A new exhaust fan will be provided in the machine room and a sump pump will be provided in the pit. MBE goal is 18%, WBE goal is 12% and SDVOB goal is 6%. Bonds and prevailing wages
