Description
The project includes, but is not limited to, all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct approximately 14,455 square feet of mechanically fastened cover-board and 60mil Dark Grey PVC single-ply membrane over one layer of existing built-up roofing. Project includes new flashings, 238 lineal feet of 6-inch K-style gutters with hidden hangers, four PVC clad through wall scuppers, 3" x 4" corrugated downspouts, parapet cap metal, 14 permanent fall protection anchor posts, and all required appurtenances for a complete roof system. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
