Base i and Base II bid: Landscape and Hardscape amenities to include 3-inch caliper trees, 5 gal. shrubs, groundcover plants, building rock, gabion baskets, and a new irrigation system. 6-inch curb and gutter and
rolled curb to be installed as per construction drawings and HMAC replacement with 2-sack
flowable fill. The work will require establishing traffic control and erosion control measures such
as straw wattles. Bonds and Prevailing Wages.
