2021 Phase III Board of Safety Demolition of Unsafe Structures, East Chicago, IN

Description
The Work consists of, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Removal of the following unsafe structures in East Chicago, Indiana: Group 1: 602 E 151st St (Garage Only); 417 E Chicago Ave (Garage Only). Group 2: 3830 Main; 3915 Main (Front and Rear); 1102 E 138th Place (Front); 505 143rd St (Garage Only) (Please note all the above properties under Group 1 are located in the superfund area and must comply with the special project procedures provided by Amereco Inc.). All vendors must be licensed to perform demolition work in East Chicago, Indiana. Contract Documents for the Project/Work have been assembled which, may be examined at City Hall, 4525 Indianapolis Boulevard, East Chicago, Indiana.
