Description
Project scope includes but is not limited to construction of a 9-lane synthetic track & artificial field, 1620 SF modular concession / restroom building, associated track and field events, fitness course equipment area, scoreboard, stadium lighting, new parking lot and site improvements including but not limited to; walkways, utilities, landscaping and driveways / fire lanes, as shown in the project documents for a complete and operational project. Work to be performed during normal business hours. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DBE goals. Completion deadline 6/14/22.
