Description
Acme Construction, the Selected Design/Build Contractor, is seeking sub bids for Modernization at Morro Bay High School Building A at 235 Atascadero Road, Morro Bay CA 93442. Work includes Remodel of existing Theater/Cafeteria Building. Interior abatement and demolition is already complete. DVBE participation. Bids shall be emailed to: [email protected].
Pre-bid RFI's shall be emailed to the project Estimator: [email protected] and shall be received no later than Wed. July 28, 2021. Subcontractors must be bondable and may be required to provide Payment and Performance Bonds. Bid Bond is not required. Safety Record is of the utmost importance. Subcontractors with aggregate EMR Rate of 1.5 over the past three years may be disqualified.
