Description
Generally the proposed project consists of Demolition and removal of all flashing,
caps, coping, and HVAC units including all isolators, conduits, misc. piping, and curb flashing. All
piping and conduit to be removed to below roof line or to nearest junction box below roof line.
Remove existing roof drains. Provide new single ply roofing membrane and ½” exterior grade
gypsum coverboard over existing metal roofing. All curbs and equipment penetrations to be 8” min.
above finished roofing when installed. Integral gutters to receive new sheet metal lining. Integral
gutters to receive new single ply roof membrane. Install all new HVAC units and associated electrical,
low voltage, and control equipment as required to furnish a complete and functional system
integrated to the District energy management system. Install new gas piping as required. All new
condensate lines shall include neutralizers. Bonds and Prevailing Wages. DVBE participation.
