SOQ Design-Build Technology Park, Phase 2, San Luis Obispo, CA

The Trustees of The California State University are requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from interested and qualified design-builders. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted electronically through Public Purchase. All questions must be submitted by Monday, July 26, 2021; 2:00 P.M., PDT, questions received after that date will be answered at the discretion of the Trustees. Project consists of a “turnkey construction”, of a multi-story pre-engineered metal building and associated sitework, for the Technology Park Phase 2 project. This project proposes to expand on the existing Technology Park facility by constructing a new two or three story building adjacent to the existing. In general, the proposed building is anticipated to be in the range of 20,000 sf to 30,000 sf. dependent on final pricing and funding available at the time of RFP. There is to be a mix of fully finished space ready for occupancy with the remainder of space left in a state ready for tenant improvement (warm shell). Federally Funded Project DBE requirements apply.
