Description
ADA update and renovation of men and women’s shower / restrooms, parking; HVAC and Fire Protection Upgrade to the I.T. equipment room. Transformer upgrade for the communication center
1. Phase 1A Room 164 Electrical rough-in and new panel / feeder installation (not part of this Work)
2. Phase 1B – All remaining room 164 upgrades including: full height / wall soffit construction / sealing of room, HVAC unit installation, FM-200 installation
3. Phase 2 – All electrical utility service upgrades 4. Phase 3 – All ADA upgrades (restrooms, break room sink garbage disposal, exits, ADA parking. Prevailing Wages and Bonds.
