The site’s structures are vacant and have not been in use for several years. The building is not considered safe for habitation. A Pre-Demolition Environmental Assessment Report has been performed by Omega Environmental, Inc. which indicates the presence of asbestos, lead based paint, and other environmentally hazardous materials. Bonds required.
