Description
The project consists of repair all the exterior facades of the entire building, the work will include all the deteriorated and damaged masonry walls and foundations, bricks, mortar joints in both horizontal and vertical directions, brick ties, weep holes, and metal flashing. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and
Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, Masonry, and must submit a
current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor
Update Statement. M/WBE goal is 13%. Bonds and prevailing wages
