Description
The Project consists of: Upgrades at 7 2-story wood-framed residential apartment
buildings at the New Bedford Housing Authority's Blue Meadows development. Work
includes replacement of boilers, toilets, bath fans, siding and trim. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, General Building Construction, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. Sub bids will be received until July 22, 2021 at 11:00am. Sub trades include Painting, Plumbing, and HVAC. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub Bidder’s Update Statement.
