Description
The Project consists of: Replacement of eight gas fired furnaces including DX coils,
condensing units and refrigerant piping. Replacement of electric baseboard. Includes
minor architectural and electrical modifications to facilitate the mechanical work. Full or
portions of the project may be impacted by the pandemic. The Notice To Proceed for
this project may be issued as much as 90 days from the date DHCD approves the
construction contract. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, HVAC, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement.
