Total Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Code: 237120 - Oil and Gas Pipeline and Related Structures Construction This requirement is for the design and construction of natural gas line and fuel swap. This is intended to expand the natural gas utility infrastructure and to reduce the use of fuel oil and propane fuel sources at Tooele Army Depot. The project scope includes construction of approximately 12 miles of new natural gas line, upgrade existing fuel oil and propane heating systems to heat pumps, modification or replacement of mechanical systems including HVAC controls, and building envelope improvements in 26 existing buildings to include insulation, day lighting, windows and door repair and replacement, site preparation, main and lateral gas lines and appropriate metering. Also included is Wide Area Visualization Environment (WAVE) and Wave GIS mapping. Bonds, insurance & prevailing wages apply.
