Total Small Business Set-Aside NAICS Code: 561720 - Janitorial Services The contractor shall provide janitorial services to various facilities operated by the Central California Area Office (CCAO) located at 7794 Folsom Dam Road, Folsom, CA 95630. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, equipment, material, tools, supplies, supervision, management, and services, expect as may be expressly set forth as Government furnished, and otherwise do all things necessary to perform the work efforts described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). All work must be performed in accordance with commercial standards, all local, state, and federal laws. 1 year contract w/4 one year options to renew. Bonds, insurance & prevailing wages apply.
