Description
Connection of utilities, provide skirting and installation of skirting, provide and install 1 ADA ramp and stairs on the south entrance, provide and install stairs for the north entrance. Interior painting of all walls, door frames, and TBA. Replacement of carpeting with carpet tile, and new baseboards. Replacement of missing ceiling tiles to match existing. Site plan will be provided when available from NWL Architects this week. Bonds required. Completion Deadline is 8/20/21.
