Description

In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Coordination, permitting, and necessary work required by all authorities having jurisdiction over the Project. 2. Protection of vital utilities, generators, and equipment that will remain in use and provision of emergency exiting for Department occupants if required. 3. Site remediation if necessary. 4. All work associated with and resulting in the construction of: a. Conference rooms b. Multiple offices and cubicle office spaces. c. Restrooms d. Work rooms e. Reception area f. Break room g. Storage rooms 5. Site landscaping and restoration if damaged, including any damage to existing first floor finished space etc. Bonds required.
