Description

The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain a contract with a qualified contractor to inspect, maintain and provide repairs on an as needed basis. The City reserves the right to renew the initial contract year by two additional one year contract periods. Annual contract pricing must remain firm for the possible three year contract; should the City exercise its right to renew. Bids submitted must be accompanied by a completed DCAMM Update Statement & Prime/General Certificate of Eligibility. Deadline for questions is July 20, 2021 by 3:00pm. Bonds and prevailing wages
