Description
The City of Winchester will accept sealed bids to repair the indoor pool in the War Memorial
Building at Jim Barnett Park for the City of Winchester. The Contractor shall: Plaster indoor pool; Upgrade pool finish to Quartz; Replace Transition Tiles; Replace Racing lanes and Target tiles; Replace Coping and waterline tiles; Install Depth markers in Coping stone; Replace main drain frame and grate; Repair return fitting with extender; Remove equalizers; Install one (1) ADA heavy duty lift at the indoor pool; and Install one (1) ADA heavy duty lift at the outdoor pool. Pool will be emptied by July 23, 2021 to begin renovation. Work must be completed by 9/3/21. Bonds required.
