Description
The proposed project is a new 13,600 square foot animal shelter for the City of Quincy. It will be a fully sprinklered type-5B single-story structure with associated site work. Structural systems include; steel frame, metal deck, and concrete planks utilized to support the roof. The roof is supported by concrete planks will be waterproofed, landscaped, and green roof. Current schedule is to award in late September 2021 and complete the project by late fall 2022. Estimated project duration is 14 months for building construction.
