Description
This project is for partial floor use reconfiguration, converting from data center into class "A" office space. Remove & replace existing partitions with new demountable partitions; remove & replace existing finishes; remove existing data center equipment; remove one existing duct riser; new HVAC; remove & replace sprinkler system; electrical & telecommunications upgrades. Every General Bidder must be certified by DCAMM for the category of work listed below and for no less than the bid price plus all add alternates of this project, if applicable. Sub bids will be received until July 20, 2021 at 12:00pm. Sub trades include HVAC and Electrical. Every Filed Sub-Bidder must be certified by DCAMM in the category for which they bid.
