Description
The major items of construction include, but not limited to: Repair damaged brick facade & re-point joints, clean exterior & replace unsuitable wood deck, replace unsuitable structural framing, new metal N deck, new roof membrane, new metal fascia around roof perimeter, new tapered insulation, new roof drains, exhaust fan replacement. The work shall be completed within 90 (Ninety) calendar days after the date of the "Notice to Proceed" in accordance with the contract. Bonds required.
