Demolition of existing kitchen equipment Demolition of existing tile wall finish and gyp board in dishwash area Uncrate, set in place, and connect all kitchen equipment as indicated on the equipment list (to be provided by TASK) New epoxy floor finish throughout the kitchen and back storage areas. New dropped ACT ceiling in new secondary kitchen area which is currently open to structure Demolish existing grid and add new ACT grid in main kitchen area. New acoustic ceiling tile in existing main kitchen area Replacement of all existing kitchen and back storage area lighting with new LED fixtures in same locations. This includes 2x4 lay-in fixtures and linear pendant fixtures. New gyp board and FRP wall panels at walls in dishwash area Associated changes to existing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection required by new equipment and layout change.
