Description

The intended scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following: The Project consists of Window Replacement and related work as required to replace the existing windows including but not limited to; demolition, asbestos removal, reconstruction of adjacent existing materials and finishes, (that may be required due to window demolition), cleaning, prep and upgrades to lintels and sills, at the East Amwell Elementary School. The intent of the Owner is to replace windows “in-kind” and matching of recently. Substantial Completion shall be on or before April 30, 2022, and final completion on or before May 30, 2022.
