Description
Scott Leavitt Park Sidewalks Project is as follows: Install Type A - 5’ sidewalk on E Eleventh Street, S Willamette Street, S Columbia Street and E Tenth Street adjacent to Scott Leavitt Park. Approximately 1000’.
Approximately 25 ADA ramps that will be constructed or reconstructed. 921 S Willamette: Grade the planter strips and yard to the sidewalk. No more than a 4:1 slope. Relocated the flag pole to the yard (the exact location will be determined). Replace/install river rock to match existing. Landscape restoration. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
