Demorest Road Improvements, Phase 1 & Mulberry Run Sanitary Sewer Extension, Grove City, OH

Base Bid – Contract A • Over 12,400 S.Y. of asphalt pavement roadway reconstruction, over 2,200 S.Y. of asphalt pavement resurfacing, installation of over 6,200 L.F. of concrete curb and gutter, over 20,600 S.F. of concrete sidewalk and over 162 C.Y. of asphalt shared-use path, over 4,000 L.F. of storm sewer and over 2,200 L.F. of water main including water service connections, removal and replacement of a box culvert structure and extension of a 48” pipe culvert, installation of a new traffic signal and street lighting and other related work. Alternate Bid 1 - Contract A • Installation of 1,176 linear feet of a 38”x57” arch pipe and associated manholes, in lieu of 927 feet of 12” to 24” pipe as shown in the base bid. Refer to Alternate Bid 1 exhibits for plan and profiles. Alternate Bid 2 - Contract A • Installation of 1,176 linear feet of a 24” diameter pipe and associated manholes, in lieu of 927 feet of 12” to 24” pipe as shown in the base bid. An exhibit specific for this bid alternate is not provided, however refer to Alternate Bid 1 exhibits. The invert elevations shown on Alternate Bid 1 are to be matched for Alternate Bid 2. Base Bid – Contract B • Installation of approximately 4,800 linear feet of 21” sanitary sewer pipe, 22 manholes and approximately 20 service lateral connections in addition to over 9,200 S.Y. of asphalt pavement resurfacing and other related work.
