Description
Develop and operate a Senior Housing Community on City-owned property via sale and/or a potential ground lease. The purpose of this RFQ is to describe the City’s need for senior housing to be proposed on a 3 to 5 acre portion of a city owned 18-acre site (17341 Escalon Belotta Road), to solicit qualifications from experienced housing developers capable of developing a senior housing project and to then manage the property as a high-quality senior housing development.
