Description
South Orange County Community College District solicits bids for building construction at Saddleback College providing all labor, superintendence, machinery, equipment and all materials necessary to complete this project in accordance with the contract documents. To bid on this project, Only the Following Contractors Who Have Been Prequalified by the District Can Submit Bids for this Project: - C.W. Driver, LLC, - Clark Construction - Kemp Bros. Construction, Inc. - McCarthy Building Companies, Inc.
- Pinner Construction Co., Inc. - S.J. Amoroso Construction Co. LLC - SOLPAC Construction, Inc. All Prospective Subcontractors Can Still Access All of the Bid Documents, Plans, Specifications, Etc. Project duration is 730 Calendar Days. Questions are due no later than July 23rd at 5:00 pm. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
