Description
The Town of Chilhowie is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the replacement of a roof at the building commonly called "The Old High School" (OHS), 807 Chilhowie Street. The roof is on two levels and consists of three separate roofs of approximately 7,200 square feet. The existing membrane roof is to be removed and replaced by a 60 mil membrane roof with a 15 year warranty. Other items to be repaired or replaced will be discussed at the pre bid including vents, drains, flashing, insulation board, etc. Persons with questions about the specifications should contact Building Official Randy Sturgill at 646-3131.
