ELS Construction is seeking bids from subcontractors for ground-up construction of 562 SF Scooter's Coffee at 1202 S Jackson St., Jacksonville TX 75766 for the following trades: Trades: Acoustical Ceilings, Concrete Flooring (Includes Epoxy), Concrete (New Construction), Demolition, Doors / Frames / Hardware, Earthwork / Excavation / Site Work, Electrical, Erosion Control / SWPPP, Final Clean, Finish Carpentry / Millwork / Fixturing, Flagpoles,Glass & Mirrors, HVAC, Joint Sealer, Lab / Materials Testing, Landscaping / Irrigation, Lumber, Masonry, Painting / Wall Covering, Plumbing, Roofing, Roof - Sheet Metal, Site Utilities / Underground Utilities, Striping, Surveying, Temporary Fencing, Tinting, Toilet Accessories.
