Description

Sealed bids are requested by the Town of Plymouth for the Camelot Drive Communication Tower, which includes, but is not limited to Site Work; erecting a 180-foot communications tower; installing a generator set; concrete pads and foundations for tower, generator set and shelter; placement of shelter; Site electrical and grounding Work; security fencing; and providing all materials, equipment, services and construction inherent to the Work. The materials for the 180-foot communications tower, generator and transfer switch, and equipment shelter has been pre-purchased by the Owner and the procurement contract(s) will be assigned to the Contractor. The Contractor shall commence work under this Contract on the date specified in the written "Notice to Proceed" from the Owner; and it shall bring the work to substantial completion by December 21, 2021. Deadline for questions is July 23, 2021 by 12:00pm. Bonds and prevailing wages
