Description
The City intends to enter into a multi-year agreement with multiple construction contractors for various Facility projects that typically range from $25,000 to $500,000 with a maximum aggregate price for work over any one year of the agreement’s term is $2,000,000. The City intends to select four or more contractors. The selected Contractors will
then be invited to submit proposals/bids on future projects. Facilities Multiple Award Contracting is an alternative method of project delivery for facilities maintenance
and construction related services to assist with obtaining greater contractor performance in relation to smaller projects on a cost effective and timely basis. Bonds & prevailing wages.
