Description

The City of Long Beach is seeking proposals from state-licensed plumbing contractors for full service and on-call plumbing and emergency maintenance and repair services at various City facilities. Some emergency services will consist of repair and replacement of clay and cast iron sewer lines and copper water lines on a case by case basis. Service needs will primarily be during normal operating hours, but some after hours and weekend service may be necessary. Work shall be billed per occurrence and as such contract shall not have a guaranteed value. Project duration is two years with three annual renewal options. Questions are due (in writing) no later than July 29th @ 11:00 AM. Prevailing wages apply.
