Description
New Construction: The City and County of San Francisco (City), acting by and through the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) is pleased to present these Instructions to Proposers (ITP) as part of the Request for Proposals (RFP). The RFP seeks competitive Proposals to design, build, finance, and maintain the proposed Potrero Yard Modernization Project (Project) through a joint-development project delivery method. As currently envisioned, the Project would include the construction of a modern bus maintenance and storage facility together with a multifamily residential and commercial project at 2500 Mariposa between 17th, Bryant and Hampshire Streets in the City (Assessor’s
Parcel Number 3971-001, the Project Site). Pre-Qualified Only. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DBE goals.
