Description
The Project consists of construction/renovation of an existing tenant space into a plasma donation facility. The work includes but is not necessarily limited to selective demolition, cast-in-place concrete, architectural woodwork, sheet metal, metal stud partitions, architectural millwork, hollow metal doors and frames, hardware, interior finishes, plumbing, mechanical , electrical, fire/smoke detection and fire suppression if indicated on the drawings, and lighting.
