Description
Furnish all the labor, equipment, material, general liability and supervision for the
completion of the following scope of work:
Apply new VCT floor to Area
Match new flooring to VCT floor in athletic hallway (Color)
Bid - Tile Brand: Tarkett or Armstrong
12”x 12” (305 mm x 301mm)
0.125” thickness
Wear Layer - 1/8” (3.2 MM)
1.4 lbs sq. ft. (14.0 lbs. m2)
45 tiles = 45 sq. ft. (4.18 m2)
64 lbs (29.0Kg)
Need a 5 year Limited Warranty on material
No peel and stick tile
Replace new cove base, and match color from athletic hallway
Bonds required.
