Description
Through this Request for Proposals, Prosper Portland, the duly authorized urban renewal and economic development agency for the City of Portland, Oregon requests competitive proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to perform demolition and abatement work at the United States Postal Services site located at 715 NW Hoyt Street, Portland, Oregon including coordination with DEQ for compliance with the DEQ Consent Judgment on the Property, the design team to obtain Bureau of Development Services permits, and the Owner team on strategies to limit disruption to USPS delivery trucks during soil remediation
and demolition, abatement of hazardous materials from the Processing and Distribution Center facility, and demolition of the P&DC. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
