Description
Through this Request for Proposals, Prosper Portland, the duly authorized urban renewal and economic development agency for the City of Portland, Oregon requests competitive proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to perform civil/flatwork at the United States Postal Services (“USPS”) site located at 715 NW Hoyt Street, Portland, Oregon including (a) coordination with DEQ for compliance with the DEQ Consent Judgment on the Property, the design team to obtain both Bureau of Development Services (“BDS”) and Portland Bureau of Transportation (“PBOT”) permits, and the Owner team on strategies to limit disruption to USPS delivery trucks during soil remediation and demolition, (b) demolition of the Electrical Transformer Building, (c) soil remediation, and (d) construction of new driveway access for Post Office delivery trucks and cars utilizing the structured parking garage and surface parking lot. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
