Description

Virginia Community College System seeks to establish a contract with one (1) or more qualified Contractor(s) to provide Irrigation System Maintenance, Inspection, and Installation Services for Northern Virginia Community College (NVCC) campus locations. NVCC currently has irrigation systems installed at five (5) campus locations: Annandale, Loudoun, Manassas, Springfield-Medical Education Campus, and Woodbridge. The Virginia Community College System reserves the right to award to multiple bidders. All components of the irrigation systems are covered under the contract including, but not limited to pipes, backflow prevention devices, valves, sprinkler heads, pumps, electrical wiring, and other hardware and related equipment. Q&A due by 7/19/21. Site visits can be scheduled directly with each Campus Facility Manager, detailed in specifications.
