Description
The project scope consists of interior renovations to a portion of a former restaurant space on the first floor of the South Harbor Garage, located at 245 Derby St. The renovations will create 4 unisex public toilet rooms, 2 of which are handicap accessible, including a public waiting area and interior vestibule entrance. The work shall include all demolition, interior construction and finishes, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work necessary to complete the work. Sub bids will be received until July 29, 2021 at 11:00am. Sub trades include Metal Windows, Painting, Electrical, and Plumbing. shall be DCAMM Certified in General Construction. Deadline for questions is July 16, 2021 by 5:00pm. Bonds and prevailing wages
