Description
The purpose of this project is to remove two existing Roof Top Units (RTU) (20 ton and 60
ton) and supply and install new Carrier units including structural upgrades to accommodate the weight and footprint of the new units. Remove the existing EPDM roof and replace with new EPDM roof. Coordinate all construction activities to minimize interruption to the operation of the Village Building and ensure protection from weather. Q&A due by 5pm, 7/20/21. Bonds required.
